One thing many people find difficult is staying motivated, and it can drastically affect one’s day.
I myself found it difficult to leave my bed for a time because I had lost the motivation to do more than simply exist; I had lost the passion I used to have.
Reach for a goal to motivate you for someone YOU are striving for. Keep looking forward.
I agree with reaching for goals that mean something to you personally. I think a great thing is to have a good internal reason for doing something. A reason you’re emotionally attached to can keep you going. Thanks for the post!
